Attribute invalid according to the specified TLD ??

Hi,

Does anybody know why I would get the following exception:

org.apache.jasper.JasperException: /MyJsp.jsp(103,2) Attribute  
pramValues invalid according to the specified TLD

MyJsp.jsp has the following tag library:
