My JAVA_HOME variable was not set correctly, I had included \bin where I
shouldnt have ...

Incorrect:
 F:\j2sdk1.4.1_02\bin

Correct:
 F:\j2sdk1.4.1_02

Previous posts helped me finding the problem...
