Tomcat doesn't start under Windows XP

Hi all, 

    Im having the same problem and Giorgio, my Tomcat wont start under Windows XP, I 
get the msg : 

Windows cannot find '-Djava.endorsed.dirs='.

    Im using I'm using Win XP Java 1.4.2, Tomcat 4.1.27

Does anyone know what is the solution for this problem ?
