so which machine handles the request within 1 second? and which takes upward of 14seconds? I doubt it is jasper, but it is possible it could be. I wouldn't rule it out. You should profile the webapp on both systems using OptimizeIt. it's much easier to see exactly what is happening, than trying to guess what is going on. peter lin
