Jerry, Hang in there. Most of us have been there. To me it felt like a game show with everyone shouting out different answers all at once.
As for Didier and Dwanye, not nice. Think about when you were on the other side and desperately looking for that one answer. How would you feel about opening the email only to find it had nothing to do with you? And Jerry no matter how simple or "dumb" the problem is let us know when you crack it.
