Hi,
5.0.24 is stable.  We (tomcat committers, the ones who decide on a
release's state) don't vote stable before some rigorous testing is done.
That includes the complete Sun Servlet and JSP TCK's, Tomcat's own
extensive tests, and for most of the committers home-brewed or
individual tests as well.  Of course, bugs can and do can through every
now and then.  If you report more information about your problem in a
new mailing list thread we'll be glad to assist.
