I have just checked the status page: http://www.spamcop.net/w3m?action=blcheck&ip=209.237.227.199 and everything looks good apart from one 3 hour period in the last 14 days. I have been receiving mail consistently from both the user and dev list. Looks like you might be seeing some other (possibly unrelated) problem.
