Check your tomcat_home and java_home settings in wrapper.properties

Hi all,
I am trying to set up Tomcat as a Nt Service but i always got the same
error!!
it is :
The service_name is starting.
The service_name service could not be started.
The service did not report an error.
More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 3534.
what i've done is :
1. open a dos window
2. jk_nt_service -i service_name wrapper.properties (after modified it)
3. net start service_name
I am working on win 2k professional
I read lot of mailing list and lot of peoples answered that it's a 1.3 jdk
bug.
I tried with 1.2 and it's the same!!
I CANT START THE SERVICE !!
Can anyone help please..
