Tomcat - can't load isapi_redirect.dll in IIS

Can't load isapi_redirect.dll into IIS on Windows 2000!
I followed exactly the given instructions. Does somebody know the trick to
activate the isapi_redirect.dll - filter in IIS (convert the red arrow to a
green arrow)?
