The one you found "Head First Servlets and JSP" appears to me not to be a dedicated exam guide. I think the only reason it is mentioning "you can even take the exam if you want!" is to sell copies. I could be wrong but I think you'd be better waiting for a dedicated 1.4 exam guide.
