Do I need to install Jakarta-Taglibs in order to support JSP 1.1 spec. Taglib implementation?

Hi everyone,

    I have a few questions:

(1) Do I need to install Jakarta-Taglibs in order to support JSP 1.1
spec. Taglib implementation in Tomcat 3.2.1?
(2) Is there any difference between Jakarta-Taglibs implementation and
SUN JSP 1.1 Taglibs implementation?
(3) Is Tomcat 4.X supported Taglibs "out of the box"?  Still need to
install Jakarta-Taglibs?
(4) Any difference between JSP 1.1 and JSP 1.2 in terms of Taglibs
implementation?
