yes, you're right, the Protocol ajp13 supports the SSL protocol better (relating
to the methode request.isSecure() ).
But this SSL and URL Rewriting is a Bug , see:

This has been fixed in the last csv release, and will hoply be fixed in the
3.2.2 final release or 3.2.2b4, also.
