The contents of my TnsName.ora is as follow:
HRPDB =
(DESCRIPTION =
(ADDRESS_LIST =
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(PORT = 1521)(HOST = myhost))
)
(CONNECT_DATA =
(SERVICE_NAME = oracle)
)
)
beside, I could connect to the database using SQL+.
