Thanks for your response...
But, we are installing the product on the client side. And, client may not
be aware of this.
We want to make it automatic such that if they reboot the system, Tomcat
will be started automatically...

Ratnakar,
After you run the jk_nt_service -i <service> <config-file> if you go into
the Services Control Panel you will see the service Sitting there set to
manual and stoped.
For example if I create a service by the following:
jk_nk_service -i Tomcat wrapper.properties
In the Service I will find Tomcat and I can change it to Automatic, Manual,
or Disabled. You can even put in a description.
