Hi, NOVICE IN NEED OF HELP!
I am having serious probs with the dynamic side of a site. I have a number of forms on the site written in JSP, the contents of the form are submitted as an xml email to a third party, the contents are also sent to an oracle database, which can then be looked at by a reporting tool, which says how many people filled in which forms, and all the details they submitted. (or at least that's how its s'posed to work!) The process appears to work intermittently, meaning: The process can sometimes work fine when you submit the form but after a while it gives an error 500 on form submission, although the email is sent, but doesn't write to db, when this happens the reporting tool doesn't let in a user at the logon page, the page just seems to refresh, it is as if Tomcat falls over, although it looks as though it is still running. When i restart tomcat it seems to work fine again. I can't pin it down to any one thing, although the tomcat logs are showing broken pipe errors, which don't mean alot to me! I have included the Tomcat log AAAAAGGGHH my head is going to explode if i don't find the cause of this!!! Desperately in need of some help! thanks Mo ======================================================== Proximity London Limited 191 Old Marylebone Road London NW1 5DW United Kingdom Registered number: 2617496 Registered in England Tel: +44 (0) 20 7298 1000 Fax: +44 (0) 20 7298 1001 This email its contents and any files or images with it are intended solely for the addressee(s) and are confidential.
