Try emailing the bottom one then and see if they will remove you manually. But first you should check this: Have you made sure that you are removing the email address from the same email account that you subscribed to it with. For example if you subscribed with [EMAIL PROTECTED] and you try to remove yourself with [EMAIL PROTECTED] it won't work. It has to be [EMAIL PROTECTED] that sends the message.
