I use both Websphere Studio Application Developer (based on Eclipse) and Dreamweaver MX together. WSAD has great Java authoring, CVS/database support and automatic WAR generation so I use it for Model/Controller development, and I use Dreamweaver to develop Views (JSP) and use the SSH publishing for incremental testing on Tomcat.
I Develop on Win2K (workstation and laptop kept in sync through WSAD and CVS) and host Tomcat, CVS and MySQL on Linux. Works beautifully.
