I installed Tomcat 4.1.3 beta binary download, and in the main directory it created a sub-dir called jtc-src, which contains the connectors source code. I assume you could also find the sample file in the jakarta-tomcat-connectors source code download.
the above URL should do it. Then look in jk\conf for the workers2.properties sample.

Do you mean tomcat 4.1 source code? or documentation that comes with the
beta binary for 4.1?
