IT WORKED!  Thank you so much Carrie.  For any others out there, I have
attached a Word document which outlines the exact steps I took to get Oracle
to work via Apache/Tomcat.  Thanks again to all who helped me on this
journey.  I'm sure I'll have implementation questions in the future :)
