was just making sure that is what was required. I just
tried it...doesnt work:(. I had to restart the server
and now everything is working normally. Any
suggestions?

netstat has the entries 0.0.0.0:21 and 0.0.0.0:80 as
listening. but fport does not list them to be
listening. Thanks for the time you are taking on
this...
