Do you have your servlets mapped in the web.xml of your application? In Tomcat 4.1.12 and 4.0.5, the default servelt invoker is disabled due to security hole in the older releases. You can uncomment the invoker servlet mapping at your own risk or map your servlets in your web.xml.
