The AJP13 connector was never JMX-enabled. I have a patch for the XML file that will do so, if anybody wants it, but the AJP13 connector is deprecated, so the committers weren't really interested in the patch. Also, the Coyote JK2 handler works well with mod_jk, so it is reccommended that you use that.
