May be I am confussed (sure!), but you are right, of course I am working on Linux. So if I have 2 files named for example... file.jar FILE.jar ...I think I'll have problems because "caseSensitive" is set to false! (so Tomcat will not see the difference between file.jar and FILE.jar).
