I thought that those web-cloaking techniques were just JavaScript hacks that manipulate a frameset so that the user doesn't see any change in the URL of the main frame. IOW, they can be easily shut off or don't even work for users who don't have JavaScript enabled. Please correct me if I'm wrong?
