i got a WEB-INF and a web.xml, and the javabean class is located in
$CATALINA_HOME/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/classes
and my working servlets classes are located in
$CATALINA_HOME/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/classes
and the jsp source files in
$CATALINA_HOME/webapps/ROOT
