Hi Kama rao, Dont start the server automatically from startup.bat. Instead goto the command prompt and start the server by giving this command "catalina run". This command executes the server in same window so you would be able to see the error message.
I feel that you missed out having the JSSE in your library path. Debug on this and your problem will be resolved.
