I'm confused- are you planning to run 'dump' on another machine against a
filesystem on tomsrtbt over nfs? I don't think this will work, 'dump'
works at a low-level and I'm pretty sure it _must_ run on the same machine
as the filesystem. What you should do is the the 'dump' program from the
add-ons directory, and run 'dump' _on_ the tomsrtbt machine, with the
output file piped over the network or stored to an nfs-mounted drive. If
I'm understanding correctly what you're trying to do.
I will get the AMI MegaRaid module uploaded. The one I'm not sure about
is the 'MD' support that must be hard-compiled into the kernel, not as a
module, but that is probably not necessary for the MegaRaid- I think it is
only used for pure software-based raid.
