I'm exploring the possibility of installing Linux on a Unisys 486SX-33
that seems to have an on-board aha1542 scsi controller. My first step
in such endeavors is to boot my tomsrtbt 1.7.140.
The boot process seems to try to use the aha152x module and fails,
apparently due to incorrect irq. The controller can be set to irqs
9,10,11 while the module says it is using irq 12.
I have tried to load the module with:
insmod /usr/lib/modules/scsi/aha1542.o irq=9
which reports Symbol 'irq' not found.
Who can tell me where I am going wrong?
