Snarf is tiny, there must be some other problem. You know that it is
command arguments only period? So,
snarf -v ftp://ftp.toms.net/rb/tomsrtbt.FAQ
to fetch this file. It _does not_ give you a prompt, you have to put
the file on the command line...
Let me know if this wasn't the problem.
