I said "a thousand times as much detail", not "three times as much detail".

System rescue and data recovery is not a cookbook process.

It is a detective story requiring trial and error diagnostics, integration
of all documentation and knowledge of all hardware and software you are
using, good gut instincts, perseverance, clear thinking and scientific
method, and a willingness to learn the lowest level details of what is
really going on in a computer.

Your request tells me enough to answer "no, I can't help you, that is, I
can give you tomsrtbt, but I can't teach you how to use it."

Get a skilled Linux systems administrator to help you, it has to be
someone who can physically come to where the machine is, and who has a
relationship with you such that they don't mind spending a few tens of
hours of time helping you fix your system.
