It is known and being worked on.

The bankruptcy of NorthPoint communications was beyond my control,
and certainly in the period where I was using a dial-up service and
bollocking the forward DNS, reverse mapping was not available. Now,
I am back on a DSL connection with a static IP, but the reverse DNS
requires requests to network admins outside my control. My first
request to fix it led to them mapping it to 'dsl-64148249105.TOMS.NET',
so I have just (yesterday) sent them a request to map it correctly, to
either "TOMS.NET" or "CONN6M.TOMS.NET". I suppose I can forward mapping
to dsl-.... as an interim fix, but I expect they'll fix it Monday anyway.

Actually, there are only 2 of 231 that enforce this particular one,
obviously I see the bounces; I was suprised how few are rejected. It
was much worse when I was on dialup for a few weeks, then I had to fix
sendmail.cf to use smtp spoolers at the ISPs, because a lot of hosts won't
accept the SMTP from a dialup.

I will add the forward map for the bogus name they put in, that should
make it work between now+20minutes and however long it takes them to fix
the reverse mapping.
