Busybox is from busybox.lineo.com.
Necho and Yecho are unique to tomsrtbt, they are at:
http://toms.net/tomsrtbt-sources/part3/usr/src/busybox/busybox/necho.c
and
http://toms.net/tomsrtbt-sources/part3/usr/src/busybox/busybox/yecho.c
they are only to turn off echoing for the login password prompt, without
requiring all of the too-large stty.
