Thanks for the help.

What is the version number of the tulip driver that you are using?

Do you know if it is possible to compile the newer tulip (admtek
capable) driver (ftp://ftp.scyld.com/pub/network/tulip.c) with the tom's
root boot Kernel?

I dont have pre 2.4 system to try it on.
