It is unclear if any official aarch64 builders were tested in the exp-run. It seems unlikely that armv7 was tested. It will be interesting to see if memory use becomes a problem, for example. It is difficult to tell for what is left behind by the builders. Reports might be more likely from personal builds that are monitored while building. As I understand, MAKE_JOBS_NUMBER_LIMIT and the like have no contribution to the parallelism used for the fat lto links.
