The license for the software bundled with OpenSolaris
is different than the license for Sun Studio Express
on the web site, even though they are almost the same
software.  For example, Tools.h++ is removed from
the OpenSolaris distribution because it has unresolved
licensing issues.  The OpenSolaris bits are licensed for
redistribution, but the download is not.
