Currently found in the Companion, but most are variably downrev.

fileutils is gone; you probably want coreutils, which is also in the
Companion (and fairly current; we have 5.93).

2.5.4 is in SFW.

This exact version is already in SFW.

This exact version is in the Companion.

1.5.4 is in SFW. An upgrade would be nice, and might even help us get
rid of some horrid old JDK 1.2.2 packages needed for the SFW build.

I just saw some traffic go by about adding 1.3.0 to SFW.

So this doesn't look like a difficult problem to solve. You have two
components to update in SFW, and a handful of small projects to move
some others from the Companion to SFW. Getting /usr/gnu ARC'd first
is probably critical, since I'm sure you'll say it's not helpful to
have this stuff even if it's in /usr/bin (not /usr/sfw/bin) if the
names are prefixed.

Ahh, but are they compatible with the ones you're using now? ;-)
