That's contrary to ON guidelines ;-) The only thing in the SCCS comments is supposed to be the bugid and synopsis, one per line.

Well, I'm not ON, and that's a stupid guideline.  It's a good minimum
requirement, or maybe a good default, but why would you want to prevent
someone from explaining in more detail *why* they made a particular
change?
