Or maybe "X-scm-notification-for:" or just extend the existing
header value with the repository name.

As soon as you have opened the mail, you can display (with mutt) the
unignored x-scm- header and highlight it so you'll see it fast. But
when displaying the index of mails, mutt can only use different
colors or such.

So this solution may degrade to the x-scm- headers used now. Putting
the tag in front of the subject requires a shorter tag, so less real
content of the subject is lost.

But I think the main question is: Do you want to make it easier for
people not caring about SCM notifications to see that the mail isn't
interesting for them, and if yes, do you think they should configure
their MUA to tell them that this mail isn't interesting?
