I noticed, half the delay in merging it to onnv-scm is having to wait
for the nightly closed bins. The other half is due to a problem in Hg
meaning the merge is needing more manual verification than I would have

(assuming the 'scm-migration' bit in the subject was meant to catch our
attention, rather than being a general 'open people' heads up)
the former there is no flag day from this to general people.
