The time tracking features shown in the current evaluation
deployment on http://defect.opensolaris.org/ seems to just
be a waste of space - is there any reason to have them in
our version? Presumably anyone who needs to track this
for their employer will be using their employers system,
not OpenSolaris bug tracking.
