personally, I never use it, the only good thing for me is that it
gives me a chance to spot bugs in it and file them upstream (I don't
really have time to play with test Bugzillas).

i think it was a case of someone enabling all features that sounded interesting.

the simplest thing to do is change
http://defect.opensolaris.org/bz/editparams.cgi?section=groupsecurity#timetrackinggroup
to use some value that has very few members if you still want to
explore. Or just clear / reset it so that it goes away.
