    Glynn answered your question, but generally the QA aliases should
    be used in the QA contact field as well as the default assignee,
    so that people can continue watching the bugs even after someone
    has taken ownership of it.  I see that's not the case, though.

    Do you (or anyone else on your team) have administrative authority
    over the celeste product?  If not, we should probably set you up
    with it, so you can make some of these changes.

How would we know if we did?  (Unfortunately, I'm _that_ naive about
bugzilla and its use in OpenSolaris.)  But I rather suspect that we
don't.  If I'm right, both Glenn Scott and I should be given such
authority.

And while I think of it, is there some URL where information about the
OpenSolaris-related qa aliases and how to use them for tracking bugs
is posted?  I looked around in what seemed to me to be likely places
and didn't find anything.
