Either I would have told you when I gave them to you, or you would have tried to make some changes to your product and either found yourself able or unable to do so. I can set you up with admin privs for celeste. I can certainly try to put some information here somewhere, but since a product has to be created for you in the first place, I would expect that the information would be given to you by the administrator at that time. Most of the existing products were created before we started doing the qa- watcher aliases, but for the future ...
