Cases from 2004 aren't updated very often, but cases currently running may
be updated multiple times per day - perhaps an much more frequent rsync of
{P,L}SARC/2009/ (such as hourly or every couple of hours) and a less
frequent rsync of the entire *ARC directory set (weekly maybe) would be a
good compromise.
