It doesn't, but all the other components in website refer to the
application location, and I'd like to keep this one consistent with the
rest. It's a pretty simple question, so if I could get an answer, I'll
go ahead and set up the component.

Danek, we don't know the answer right now. The XWiki beta site is
currently at hub.opensolarisorg. But I can't say for certain what the
final URL will be when we do the Phase 2 transition in the early Fall.
Can it just be described as 'opensolaris.org XWiki support' or something?
