There've been a couple patches floating around to have webrev take a
changeset argument and produce the webrev corresponding to that change. I
have one such:
http://cr.opensolaris.org/~dduvall/webrev
but I haven't used it in some time, so YMMV. Run webrev -r <csetid> or
webrev -r <cset1>:<cset2>.
