tools.wikimedia.de will always be valid, but it will probably turn into a
redirect to the new domain.
the situation with ts.wikimedia.org is unclear, since there are some concerns
about wikimedia.org, cookies, etc. since people should not have been using
this domain for URLs, it should not be a major issue if it goes away in the
future. (email to @ts.wikimedia.org would continue to work; the main change
would be hemlock.ts.wikimedia.org no longer working with SSH.)
