Back in January 2007, along with a number of other topbanders, I worked JD1BME on Minami Torishima. My recollection is that the operator's only QSL route was via the JARL Bureau. Despite sending several QSLs, including two direct to the bureau (which is one of the most reliable bureaus in the world), I have been unable to get a QSL card in return.
