I've been looking at the MONET Ontologies,
http://monet.nag.co.uk/monet/publicdocs/monet_ontologies.html, using
TBC.

I wish to replace the defunct URLs of the imported ontologies, but TBC
doesn't seem to allow me to delete the imports because the URLs are
defunct. I can edit the files offline in another editor, but I was
wondering if there's a standard way to do this in TBC.

An example of the existing import with a faulty URL follows.

<http://monet.nag.co.uk/owl/symbolic>
      a       owl:Ontology ;
      rdfs:label """
      A small taxonomy of problems solved by computer algebra
      systems, designed to \"plug into\" GAMS O (Symbolic
Computation).
    """ ;
      owl:imports <http://gams.nist.gov> , <http://monet.nag.co.uk/cgi-
bin/cvsweb.cgi/~checkout~/owl/protege/gams.owl?rev=HEAD> .
