Hi Jim,

the SPARQL extension library is part of our TopBraid core platform and  
can be used in any feature or application built on top of our  
products, including TBC plugins, TopBraid Live server-side  
applications or TopBraid Ensemble rich clients. You can also use them  
inside of SPARQLMotion scripts, in SPIN expressions etc.

To provide more details it would be helpful to learn what type of  
application you are thinking about.
